Your favorite low carb dip and “crackers”

Cheese “Crackers”

Unwrap one individually-wrapped Kraft brand American cheese single and cut it into four to eight pieces. Place them on a piece of parchment paper. Don’t use anything else other than parchment paper or it won’t work. Microwave for about a minute (maybe more or less in different microwave ovens). Let stand for a minute before peeling them off the paper. The paper can be reused. The “crackers” are soft at first but harden as they cool and become quite crunchy.
