How to beat holiday stress!
Holidays can be a very stressful time for many people. Here are a few tips to help you get through the holidays without gaining weight.
Plan ahead- Make sure that you don’t put yourself in a vulnerable situation. Plan ahead what you will eat.
Don’t snack- Just because you have holiday parties, shopping, and a hundred other commitments, don’t give yourself permission to snack in between meals.
Take some time for you- The holidays are about giving, but if you don’t give to yourself first you won’t have anything to give.
Get active- Make sure your doing something active every day. It will help you not only relieve stress but keep you focused on your priorities.
Have fun- Do something different this holiday season, plan to have fun!
